DELIVERY INFORMATION

Standard Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Canberra, Australia on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed by 11:00am AEST are typically processed and delivered within 7– 10 business days.

Please note:

• We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes in New Zealand. Deliveries must be made to a residential or business address.
• Due to high demand during promotional periods such as Mid Year Sale and Black Friday, there might be slight shipping delays.

Tracking & Delivery Options

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an invoice via email.

Your tracking number will be provided by our shipping carrier within 3–5 business days of dispatch.

Our default shipping carrier is TGE. To track your order and manage delivery preferences we recommend downloading the TGE App.

Important Holiday Shipping Information

Our Distribution Centre will be closed from Tuesday, 23 December 2025 and will reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026.

To ensure your order arrives before Christmas, please place your order by Monday, 8 December 2025.

Last orders will be processed on Tuesday, 23 December 2025.
Any orders placed after this date will be dispatched when we return on 5 January 2026.
